What You Need to Make This Recipe
Pizza dough — Please, look at my recipe for a really awesome homemade pizza dough. One I have a complete step-by-step guide on how to make dough
from scratch; secondly, it’s very easy and fast to prepare ahead of time so you can make a pizza in just 1-2-3. Otherwise, you can pick up a store-bought pizza dough.
Pizza sauce — you can use homemade or store-bought pizza sauce. When you are purchasing store-bought sauce, remain watchful of the ingredient list and aim to choose the one with the shorter ingredients list
Mozzarella — you could slice your own mozzarella or buy it pre-shredded. It should be noted that fresh mozzarella is very juicy, therefore, it may draw out a lot of water and might make your pizza wet.

2. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough till 1-inch margins at the sides.
3. Top with Mozzarella.
4. Scatter parmesan before baking in the oven at 12 to 14 minutes or till the edge of the crust is brown and the cheese is bubbling.
Pro Tips for Making This Recipe
When you have a non-stick pizza pan, you should use it more often instead of the sheet pan.
To extend the pizza dough, please push the inside foil ring to produce the crust then flip the pizza into the air with the help of your knuckles when moving it in circles by means of gravity causing the dough to derive a circular shape.
To get a crispier crust, you can preheat the sheet pan in the oven first before adding the dough to it.
Just do not throw in too much cheese and sauce on the pizza. A sauce that is obviously wet will make the pizza feel soggy and a lot of cheese will fall off.
It’s good if you preheat the oven at a high temperature so that the freshly formed pizzas will be crunchy. This method will produce the crispy bottom!
It is best to let the pizza set before you cut it so the cheese on top of it will some solidify. If it’s too hot, it will melt together whatever you cut and seal the pieces back up.
